We helped this offshoot of a major healthcare enterprise find their voice. By taking a complex innovation story and adding the human element and getting to the root of their mission.

Targeted to caregivers, this campaign provided empathy and reached out via multiple channels that included print, digital and social.

We visualized the promise of Zegerid, two pills in one to provide heartburn relief, as two human characters. They provided some humanity and a little fun banter to the bummer that is heartburn. My focus was on the site and display messaging.

Rich media and direct messages on the site that supported specific pages made this a powerful execution. The display banners offered support and motivational messages to work hand in hand with the informative site fact modules.

This successful extension of the famous Vesicare “Pipe People” allowed us to discuss bladder issues in a fun and relevant format. We imitated The View with a less serious bent and spoke in human terms about this issue.

PipeTown was an interactive device to help people learn how to safely incorporate OAB with activities to keep up a healthy lifestyle. It also served as an entertaining way to learn about their condition.

Dr Scholls spent millions developing a machine that created customized foot inserts to handle your exact foot issues. We created a simple site that put a face on the people who created the machine and how it works. I still use my inserts today.

This complete rehab of the Aetna Healthcare site lived for three years with seamless UX. It was a colorful improvement on their previous sites and set the stage for the current version.
